As a floor covering, polished concrete offers a durable, beautiful low maintenance "floor covering" that is good for any commercial application. Educational and other facilities are looking at changing areas that were previous scheduled for VCT to polished concrete. The finish can be at different gloss levels, and is achieved through a densifiying and diamond polishing process that leaves no coating on the surface to wear out. Stains along with the polishing can add to or blend with any decor. The long term maintenance will cost a fraction of VCT. Almost any commercial building or home can find a use for this versatile product.
